Details:

Peter Neill is fast becoming Ireland’s most respected music photographer and has recently launched Shoot The Sound to showcase his work. He asked me to do the corporate identity. What I arrived at is a mashup of music and photography, a camera shutter made of musical notes, which is versatile for colour use and watermarking. Brief:

To develop a pan-european custom integration on Via Michelin

Details:

This custom homepage takeover on Via Michelin uses a 300×250 MPU with Brandmark layer. The gentle movement of the clouds in temporarily upset by the speed of the passing car. Once the car screeches to a halt, the clouds resume their original direction of travel.

Details:

This custom integrated video on Via Michelin ran as part of a larger sponsorship campaign for the duration of the Volvo Ocean Race. As well as standard IAB ad units, there was a custom sponsored microsite and map search branding.

Absolut

Brief:

To develop a branding campaign for Absolut on MTV.co.uk

Details:

This branding campaign for Absolut uses a 728×90 Leaderboard and 160×600 Skyscraper with an invisible Brandmark layer. Rolling over either ad unit reveals a large image of the Absolut Pear bottle. Rolling off the ad unit hides the bottle again.

Swapkit UK

Brief:

Design and build the Swapkit UK website.

Background:

Unlike phone selling websites, the premise of Swapkit is a face to face in-store transaction giving the user the benefit of an instant payout or trade in against new products, and the merchant the benefit of increased revenue and footfall in-store.

Details:

This site needed to be an info portal for both retailers and consumers. The idea is simple. Retailers get information relevant to them and the option to request more information about joining Swapkit. Consumers get an idea of what their phone might be worth with sample pricing but ultimately must go in store to receive the market value for that day. They can search for their nearest store on a map.

Brief:

Redesign of Maxroam website. NB: This website has soft launched but is not complete. There are future release dates proposed for Jan, Feb & Mar of 2012.

Details:

My task was to address the Maxroam website, ultimately to increase online sales but also to act as a knowledge base to assist customer service demands. I was solely responsible for the concept development, wireframing, User Interface design and simplifying the existing shopping experience. I also storyboarded an intro animation and coordinated illustrator and voiceover artist to deliver the product.
