We launched a pre-paid mobile broadband service in partnership with HP for customers who purchase select models from their ProBook, EliteBook and ElitePad 900 ranges.
Called ‘HP Mobile Connect’ the service provided local and international PAYG coverage using the wireless infrastructure of major mobile network operators. Customers could choose from several plan options for use within specific countries in the EU or a ‘Fearless Roaming’ plan which provided service across multiple regions.
This product was designed for both Windows 7 & Windows 8 devices with Windows 8 being particularly interesting having to work within the Metro framework for the first time.
